Payment and dispatch

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

The delivery of the goods takes place worldwide.

Shipping to German islands is excluded.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany)

We charge 4.99 EUR shipping costs.
From an order value of 20,00 EUR we do not charge shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

1st zone 1 (European Union): EUR 19.90;

2nd zone 2 (International): EUR 59.90;

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

For domestic deliveries (Germany) you have the following payment options:

For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:
